The 1982 Campion C-320 Pilot House is a 32-foot fiberglass pilothouse cruiser with a 10-foot beam. Built for coastal cruising, it's powered by a 17-horsepower Volvo Diesel MD7B engine and equipped with a 17-foot bridge clearance. Navigation electronics include radar and VHF radio. The boat carries a mainsail and roller-furling jib, both in fair condition and resewn in 2011, along with self-tailing winches and hydraulic steering with selector switch.
The interior features solid teak throughout, including a convertible dining table that sleeps two. The V-berth forward accommodates two more. A galley includes a stainless steel sink with faucet, propane two-burner stove and oven (currently disconnected), and a heater for comfort. An electric flush marine head with holding tank serves the single head compartment. Power comes from multiple batteries: two in the cockpit hatch and one below deck for water and head systems, with shore power connection available.
Deck equipment includes an anchor and locker, lines and fenders, davit brackets for a dinghy, and double lifelines with gates. The engine hour meter and tachometer provide operational monitoring. The boat is set up for cruising and anchoring, ready for coastal exploration.
