This 1982 Ericson 33 is a Ron Holland design built on a fiberglass hull, 33 feet in length with a 12-foot 5-inch beam. The boat carries a fractional rig with rod rigging and is set up for both racing and coastal cruising. She is powered by a 21-horsepower Universal diesel engine that was rebuilt within the last ten years and has been well-maintained.
The rig features new halyards, a hydraulic backstay, and new jib and main sheets. Five sets of sails are included, along with a new wireless anemometer. Raymarine instruments were installed in 2023. Below deck, the cabin includes a refinished sole, a cabin heater, and substantial storage space. New interior cushions and a new pedestal cover have been added to the boat.
The single head serves the interior. The boat is stripped of unnecessary weight and clutter in keeping with her racing orientation, though her layout supports comfortable coastal cruising as well.
