1982 Mainship 34 Trawler

This 1982 Mainship 34 is a semi-displacement trawler built on a fiberglass hull designed for stable, fuel-efficient cruising. Powered by a Perkins T6-354 turbo diesel engine producing 165 horsepower with approximately 2,100 hours logged, she delivers dependable long-range capability at economical fuel consumption. The boat measures 34 feet in length with an 11-foot 11-inch beam and draws just 2 feet 10 inches, making her suited to both coastal and inland waterways.

The flybridge serves as a primary helm station and social space, topped with a custom hardtop featuring Lexan side enclosures and outfitted with companion seating and easy access to the lower cockpit. Below decks, the interior has been redesigned with forward side twin berths, a generous salon with lower helm station, and a galley and head with enclosed shower. Warm teak and wood trim throughout the cabin provides traditional character, complemented by practical storage and living space configured for cruising comfort.

Current equipment includes Raymarine 12-inch radar with AIS integration, Axiom 9-inch chartplotter and GPS, Raymarine autopilot, three VHF radios, and a full suite of navigation instruments. The galley features an electric stovetop, updated cabinetry and flooring, and LED lighting. Accommodations include an electric refrigerator, pressurized hot and cold water with heat exchanger, and a full electrical system with 30-amp shore power inlet. Exterior features comprise an electric windlass, stainless steel bow rail and handrails, non-skid decks, and running rigging, with fuel capacity of 80 gallons and fresh water capacity of 50 gallons.
