This 1982 Pacific Seacraft 37 is a fiberglass cruising sailboat built for serious offshore sailing. The boat displaces 16,000 pounds with a 6,200-pound ballast keel and draws 5 feet 6 inches, giving it the stability and performance characteristic of the Pacific Seacraft reputation. Power comes from a 2019 Nanni 38-horsepower diesel engine with approximately 1,161 hours, fitted with a dripless stuffing box and custom engine access. Recent mechanical work includes a new exhaust riser and hose installed in 2024.

The two-cabin layout centers on a main saloon with a well-equipped galley featuring a Force 10 two-burner stove with oven, double sinks with macerator, hot and cold fresh water, and a double-sided top-loading refrigerator with air-cooled Frigiboat system. The head includes a Jabsco toilet, hot and cold shower, and holding tank. The V-berth forward and aft cabin provide sleeping quarters, supported by 95 gallons of water storage across two tanks.

The electrical and propulsion systems have been substantially upgraded. A Balmar alternator with 2024 external regulator charges two 200-amp 8D house batteries and a new 2025 starting battery. Solar panels, battery monitors, and a Xantrex charger provide independent power management. Navigation and communication equipment includes a Raymarine E80 chartplotter with integrated autopilot, radar, Icom VHF with DSC, and depth, speed, and wind instrumentation.

The sailing inventory is comprehensive: mainsail and genoa with annual maintenance, staysail, storm trysail, and cruising spinnaker with snuffer. Multiple Lewmar self-tailing winches, lazy jacks, and a Monitor self-steering vane support efficient sail handling. Deck equipment includes a Lewmar windlass with remote bow controller, three anchors with appropriate scope, and custom stainless and teak fixtures throughout. Recent canvas work in 2024 includes new dodger glassine and vinyl cockpit cushions.
