The 1982 Victoria Frances is a 26-foot sailing yacht designed by Chuck Paine, recognized for its balanced proportions and offshore capability. Built with a solid fiberglass hull and full encapsulated keel, the boat features a transom-hung rudder, keel-stepped mast, and bronze portlights.
