The 1983 C&C 32 is a classic 31.42-foot sloop built on a fiberglass hull. Powered by a Yammer 2GMF inboard diesel engine of 20 horsepower with direct drive configuration, this boat offers reliable and efficient performance for cruising and coastal sailing.
The boat has been substantially upgraded over the past decade. Systems additions include a Dickenson direct draft propane heater, Force 10 galley range, and a custom refrigerator compartment with Kool Tron ice box. Navigation equipment includes a Raymarine smart Pilot autopilot with Fluxgate compass and wheel drive controller. Electrical upgrades comprise a Victron solar charge controller paired with two 100-watt solar panels, interior LED lighting, and a DC panel. A Whale Orca 950 bilge pump with auto switch handles water management, while a Lofrans X2 windlass with 100 feet of chain and 150 feet of anchor line manages ground tackle. The galley also features a Clarion marine entertainment system.
Recent interior work includes mahogany and cherry cabinetry and trim installed in the V-berth and cabin tables. Deck equipment includes cockpit seats, a cherry cockpit table, and a dodger. The boat carries a winter cover and a Seabright 9-foot inflatable with aluminum floor. Additional gear includes a spare Jabsco water system pump and a 300-watt power inverter.
