1983 C&C Landfall

The 1983 C&C Landfall 35 is a sloop designed for cruising couples, featuring a shallow-draft fin keel with partial skeg rudder and keel-stepped mast. At 35 feet, the boat draws just under five feet, making it well-suited for exploring shallow cruising grounds. Power comes from a Yammer 3HM diesel engine with 40-gallon fuel capacity for extended range.

The interior sleeps four with two quarter berths aft and two convertible settee berths. The galley is equipped with a three-burner propane stove and oven, two deep stainless steel sinks, and a Frigoboat refrigerator with freezer and keel cooler. Fresh water is stored in two tanks totaling 60 gallons, with a Jabsco electric toilet and new sanitation systems. The main cabin features LED lighting throughout, new interior cushions with fresh foam, and a Webasto 16,000 BTU air conditioning unit with reverse-cycle heating and an electric hot water heater.

Since 2016, the boat has undergone extensive upgrades. The entire rod rigging and turnbuckles were replaced. Navigation electronics include a Garmin GPSMAP 942xs chartplotter and GMR 18 HD radar. Sails consist of a new Doyle mainsail and headsails in good to excellent condition. The electrical system has three Interstate 75AH AGM house batteries and a new Sterling ProCharge charger. All plexiglass ports were replaced with tinted TriMatrix portlights.

The hull has been refinished with new Awlgrip paint above and below the waterline and four coats of Interlux InterProtect barrier coat with no blisters or soft spots. A new Rocna 15 anchor with 120 feet of chain and 200 feet of line, plus a backup CQR anchor, are aboard. Additional recent additions include a new Lewmar Pro 1000 windlass, dripless prop shaft seal, engine mounts, exhaust system, steering hardware, bimini and dodger with solar panel mounts, and full cockpit enclosure.
