This 1983 SeaCraft SF18 is an 18-foot center console built on a solid fiberglass hull. The boat is powered by a single Suzuki 140 DF140B outboard with 90 hours of running time and recent annual service completed in April 2026.
The boat carries substantial fishing and navigation electronics. A 2024 Simrad GO9 XSE multi-function display with Active Imaging 3-in-1 transducer handles navigation and sonar. A 2024 MinnKota Terrova 24V trolling motor with GPS spot lock and drift mode (80 lb thrust) is fitted with wireless remote control. Navigation includes an Uniden VHF radio. Onboard power comes from two lead acid batteries managed by a 2-bank charger and a Blue Sea Marine battery switch. A Sony Marine digital stereo receiver with Bluetooth provides audio. The 48-gallon aluminum fuel tank was installed in 2003 with bituminous coating and inspected in 2021 with no issues found.
Deck features include a Bimini top, trim tabs, and rod holders on the bow. The console has a custom seat with a Birdsall leaning post fitted with rocket launchers and seat storage. Pop-up cleats are installed at bow and stern, and a custom teak hatch covers the anchor locker. Lighting includes new bow and stern lights.
Extensive refurbishment work began in 2021 and continued through 2025. The 2021/2022 phase added non-skid Awlgrip coating, new custom console cushions, additional rod holders, a re-cored fuel hatch, and new lighting. The deck and cap were inspected for soft spots with none found. New house and starting batteries were installed in 2023. In 2025, a new automatic bilge pump and battery switch were added, and the original Float-On trailer received new tires, bearings, and hitch coupler. The boat retains its original gel coat and has never been bottom-painted.
