1983 Uniflite YACHTHOME

The Uniflite YachtHome is a 45-foot sedan bridge built in 1983 with solid fiberglass construction and a modified-vee hull. Twin 180 horsepower Cummins 6BT diesel engines power the boat to a cruising speed of 13 knots. The engines have approximately 150 hours of running time and are fitted with newly installed Centek mufflers. A Northern Lights 5.0 kW generator provides shore-independent power, supported by a Trace Engineering 2500-watt inverter/charger system.

The boat sleeps multiple guests across a master stateroom with private head and shower on the starboard side, plus a forward cabin with separate head. The main cabin centers on a galley fitted with a four-burner propane stove, microwave, full refrigerator, and trash compactor. A comfortable entertainment area with seating surrounds a dining table. The lower helm offers forward visibility and is equipped with a Furuno radar, DataMarine depth sounder, Standard Horizon and ICOM VHF radios, and laptop-assisted GPS and charting software. Upper helm seating on the lido deck provides an additional 270-degree view. A Torrid 20-gallon hot water tank feeds the master head and shower, while an Espar D7L diesel furnace and Markel space heaters manage climate control throughout.

Exterior features include a swim step, walk-around side decks with rails and stanchions, and bow and aft gathering spaces. An 11.5-foot Rendova center console tender with 30 hp Yamaha four-stroke engine is launched via davit. A Maxwell windlass handles the 35-pound CQR anchor with 5/16-inch chain. The boat carries navigation equipment including a Davis weather station and Kelvin White compass, with audio entertainment via Pioneer head unit and 32-inch Samsung television in the main cabin.
