This 1984 Broward 33-meter motor yacht is built on an aluminum hull and powered by twin Detroit Diesel engines producing 2,160 horsepower combined. She cruises at 10 knots with a maximum speed of 12 knots, and carries sufficient fuel for a 1,400-nautical-mile range. The yacht underwent major refits in 2009–2010 and again in 2023–2024, with the most recent work including a complete exterior repaint, full teak servicing and recaulking, comprehensive interior refresh, and extensive engine room and pilothouse maintenance and upgrades.

The yacht's layout emphasizes generous social spaces. The main deck features a full-beam double salon with a dining and sitting area lit by full-height sliding windows in the entrance lounge, providing abundant daylight and views. The upper deck includes a hard-top shaded sitting and dining area that seats up to ten guests, plus an expansive lounge area with removable canvas covers for sun protection.

Guest accommodations comprise three suites sleeping up to seven people: a full-beam master bedroom with dual bathrooms, a queen bedroom with en-suite, and a twin bedroom with a third pullman bed and en-suite bathroom. The main deck galley and crew mess are both spacious, designed to support complex meal preparation and formal service. A 6-meter twin-engine RIB tender is included with the yacht.
