1984 C&C 35 MK III

This 1984 C&C 35 MK III is a keel/centreboard design, drawing between 4'2" and 6'5" depending on centerboard position—combining the performance characteristics of a deep-keel yacht with the shallow-water capability of a centerboarder. The fiberglass hull measures 34'8" overall with an 11'2" beam. A single 21 hp Yanmar diesel powers the boat for auxiliary propulsion.

The interior accommodates one cabin with a single head. The layout includes a V-berth forward and a teak and holly cabin sole. Recent updates include new cushions, mattresses, and upholstery throughout, plus electric toilet, a complete hot and cold pressure water system with hot water tank, 12V cabin fans, and manual and electric bilge pumps.

Extensive work has been carried out over the past six years. The bottom was stripped and refinished with new epoxy and Micron CSC antifoul. All through-hulls and seacocks were replaced, and a dripless stuffing box was installed. The deck features an Island Canvas dodger, connector, bimini, and sun shades, along with a SeaDek cockpit sole. Navigation instruments include Raymarine i50 and i60 displays for speed, depth, and wind data, plus a Raymarine ST6002 autopilot. Sanitary hose has been completely replaced.
