1984 Ericson 35

This 1984 Ericson 35 is a traditional cruising sailboat with a 34-foot hull and 10-foot beam. The boat is powered by a Yanmar diesel engine paired with a new transmission, and features a rolling furler and permanent rigging that was overhauled last year. Working rigging has been largely renewed with high-quality line. The boat carries new batteries and a battery maintainer.

The interior accommodates day sailing and casual cruising. The galley is not currently operational, but the head is in working order. The cabin space is serviceable though could benefit from cosmetic refreshing. Deck areas require repainting.

Bottom paint was applied several years ago with quarterly maintenance. The boat performs well in local bay conditions and is described as a strong, capable design. Given its age, the boat reflects normal wear consistent with an 80s-era cruiser that remains sound and actively used.
