This 1984 Farr 44 Custom is a composite-hulled cruising and racing yacht built by Concordia to a Farr design. Powered by a 55-horsepower Yanmar diesel, the boat combines capable offshore performance with well-considered layout for extended cruising.
The accommodations center on a main cabin offering 6 feet 5 inches of headroom, with a port-side settee and starboard dinette featuring a fold-up table. A full navigation station sits to port with a substantial work surface; opposite it lies the galley, equipped with a gas stove and oven, hot and cold pressure water, and a large ice box with refrigeration. The forward cabin sleeps two and has its own head. Aft, two private cabins flank a full head with shower and electric toilet.
The cabin sole is finished in teak and holly throughout. The hull features a racing bottom and keel fairing suited to performance sailing. Recent upgrades include new house and engine start batteries.
