1984 O'Day Sloop

This 1984 O'Day 34-foot sloop combines practical cruising capability with solid recent maintenance. The fiberglass hull was painted in spring 2026 and waxed in June 2026, while the standing rigging was replaced in 2016. She carries a 24-horsepower Universal diesel engine with fresh water cooling and a two-blade feathering propeller. The sails include a mainsail, 110 jib, 150 jib, and cruising gennaker, along with a custom mylar 150 racing jib. A Pro-Furl genoa roller-furling system is installed.

The cockpit features seating for five with cushions, a bimini and dodger, and a stainless steel steering wheel with mounted autopilot. The Auto Helm system handles steering automation. Below deck, the interior sleeps five with a forward V-berth in the stateroom, port and starboard settees flanking a folding dinette, and a quarter berth aft. The galley includes a hot water heater and accommodates shore power connection at 30 amps, with a 15-amp onboard battery charger. An enclosed head offers a flushing toilet, shower, and fresh water supply.

Navigation and electronics include a navigation table, Standard Horizon VHF radio, and digital depth finder with wind speed data. The electrical system runs on dual batteries with a switch and accepts both 30-amp shore power and onboard charging. Additional features include solar vent fans, two storage lockers, and a marine stereo system. The boat measures 11 feet 4 inches across the beam with a draft of 4 feet 6 inches.
