1984 Pearson 43 Motor Yacht

The Pearson 43 is a 43-foot fiberglass motor yacht built in 1984. Twin BMW diesel engines rated at 330 hp drive the boat to a cruising speed of 11 knots and a maximum speed of 15 knots. The yacht is powered by dual diesels and includes an onboard diesel generator with 173 operating hours, mounted in a sound shield enclosure. Both the main engines and generator carry low running hours.

The layout accommodates three cabins and two heads arranged around a central living area. The forward cabin contains a single berth, the mid-cabin features bunks, and the master stateroom sits aft. The saloon includes a dinette to port and galley to starboard. Natural wood trim is used throughout the interior and remains in original condition.

The yacht has been operated conservatively over many years, with regular maintenance including routine engine cycling and ongoing cosmetic upkeep through painting and varnishing as needed. Dual control stations — upper and lower — direct both engines, offering flexibility in boat handling and navigation.
