1984 Stamas 44

This 1984 Stamas 44 is an offshore center cockpit design by Robert Johnson, built in Florida by Stamas Yachts. The ketch rig offers practical sail-handling efficiency in stronger winds. A 62-horsepower Perkins diesel engine provides auxiliary power.

The layout includes three cabins across the boat. Forward is a V-berth cabin with its own head. The aft cabin features a double berth, a separate head, and a sit-down shower stall. The center cockpit benefits from a full enclosure, protecting the helm station.

The boat is equipped with an electric davit system for launching and retrieving the dinghy. The fiberglass hull measures 44 feet in length with a 14-foot beam, designed for serious cruising capability.
