1984 Symbol 51

This 51-foot Symbol motor yacht is built on a fiberglass hull with twin Caterpillar 3208TA diesel engines delivering 750 horsepower. The yacht includes a bow thruster and NIAD stabilizers for ease of handling, along with a Northern Lights 8.5kW generator for independent power. Navigation and communication equipment encompasses GPS, radar, VHF radio, and autopilot. A tender with hoist and swim platform are part of the deck setup.

Below decks, the yacht offers two cabins and two heads. The master stateroom features a queen-size berth with ensuite bathroom and storage. The guest cabin includes a full centerline berth. Both heads are equipped with vacu-flush systems and shower facilities. The galley is fully equipped with modern appliances including stove, oven, and microwave. The main salon provides generous windows and seating for relaxation and entertaining.

The flybridge offers expansive seating and views, while the aft deck with full enclosure serves as a secondary living and entertainment area. Decking was redone with maintenance-free teak alternative. Hull work below the waterline included stripping and epoxy sealing to eliminate blistering. The topsides received fresh Awlgrip finish in blue. Recent updates include new refrigerator, salon chairs, and newly varnished teak on the aft deck.
