This 60-foot aluminum houseboat is powered by twin Volvo Penta outdrives: a Port-side AQ 145 with 756 hours and a Starboard-side AQ 131 with approximately 300–350 hours. The boat carries 150 gallons of fuel across two tanks, with separate systems for fresh water (144 gallons) and waste (135 gallons). Power management includes a Xantrex pure-sine wave inverter installed in 2013 with 6-volt battery banks, plus a Kohler 7.3 kilowatt generator added in August 2017 with 1,052 hours. Recent mechanical updates include new bilge pumps fitted in August 2024 and outdrives serviced in October 2018.
The living spaces center on a galley and salon with wood flooring, a Frigidaire refrigerator, four-burner electric stove with oven, microwave, and stainless steel sink. The salon features a Hitachi 32-inch television and a full futon, with a five-zone stereo system and Bluetooth throughout. Sleeping quarters include a queen master bedroom with two closets and a heated mattress pad, a mid-cabin with full and twin bunks, and an air mattress with built-in pump. The fully renovated head from 2012 has a new shower surround, vanity, and bamboo flooring.
Climate control comes from three units: a 15,000 BTU front roof unit, a 13,500 BTU rear roof unit, and a galley unit, all renewed in August 2024. A new 10-gallon water heater was installed in June 2018. The roof was repaired and recoated in August 2024. The upper rear deck was extended in April 2017, and starboard galley cabinets were reconfigured with new countertops in July 2024. Additional features include a grill with griddle, swim ladder, depth finder, VHF radio, smoke and carbon dioxide detectors, and a front enclosure. Two kayaks—one adult and one child—are included.
