1985 Aztec Nautilus 11M

The 1985 Aztec Nautilus 11M is a 36-foot fiberglass motor yacht built on the same hull design as the C & C 37. Powered by a single 44 hp diesel engine, it cruises at 5.2 knots and reaches 6.1 knots at full throttle. The boat displaces 15,000 pounds with a 6,100-pound keel, delivering a steady ride in varying conditions.

The interior features dual steering stations, with the inside helm fitted with an adjustable-height seat and large windows providing visibility and natural light. The deck layout supports easy single or two-person operation, equipped with a furling headsail and mainsail with stack pack.

Recent maintenance and upgrades include a 2003 Westerbeke diesel engine with 404 operating hours, hull repaint in 2012, replacement windows and hatch glasses, new hull ports, all through-hull fittings replaced in 2010, renewed plumbing, bottom stripped and barrier-coated in 2010, and 2015 sails. A custom swim platform is installed.
