This 1985 Hatteras 53 ED is a fiberglass motor yacht powered by twin Detroit Diesel engines producing 900 horsepower combined. The Extended Deck model reaches speeds of 18 knots and cruises at 10 knots. Built for serious distance cruising, the boat features the popular ED layout with a flybridge canvas canopy including front and side panels, plus a lower pilothouse station equipped with full instrumentation and navigation gear.

Below decks, the yacht accommodates three cabins and three heads. The galley has been updated with new appliances, and the interior includes composite flooring and window treatments throughout. Recent work includes bottom paint completed in late 2023 and replacement of stabilizer seals.
