This 60-foot Ocean Alexander pilothouse was built with a raised pilothouse design and accommodates three staterooms. The master stateroom occupies the bow with a centerline queen berth and private ensuite head featuring a shower and half tub. Two matching guest staterooms with double berths are positioned aft, along with an additional guest head with stall shower. The layout connects these spaces via stairs that lead to the raised pilothouse above.
The pilothouse serves as the command center, with a full helm station, updated leather helm chair, and a large raised settee that converts to a berth. Doors from the pilothouse access both side decks, with stairs leading up to the flybridge and down to the main deck. The galley features updated appliances, ample counter and storage space, and custom cabinetry throughout. The salon has been extensively customized with a custom L-shaped settee, built-in straight settee, hardwood floors, and access to the cockpit via double sliding doors. A day head is integrated into the galley-salon area.
Twin Detroit 8V92 diesel engines with approximately 4,600 hours deliver 1,200 horsepower, enabling a cruising speed of 10 knots. The yacht holds 1,200 gallons of fuel and operates as a semi-displacement hull suited for economical long-distance cruising. Power generation comes from 8-kilowatt and 12-kilowatt Westerbeke generators, supported by a Magnum inverter and a Hurricane Diesel hydronic furnace for heating.
Equipment includes full teak cabinetry and hardwood floors throughout, a bow thruster, davit with tender, and recently applied bottom paint and zincs. The interior features leather appointments and substantial customization in cabinetry and furnishings.
