1985 S2 9.2 C

The S2 9.2 C is a 30-foot fiberglass center-cockpit cruising sailboat built in 1985. This design places the main saloon amidships with an aft master cabin, offering a practical layout for extended cruising. A Yanmar diesel engine rated at 13 horsepower powers the boat, supported by a single 2-burner electric stove, pressurized hot and cold water system, and water heater for comfortable coastal and offshore sailing.

The interior combines teak veneer plywood, solid teak trim, and Formica throughout two cabins and a single head. The head features both a shower and tub, while a chart table in the passageway to the aft cabin serves navigation needs. The galley runs along the port side, partially extending under the cockpit for efficient galley workflow.

The boat is equipped with navigation electronics including a Raymarine speed and depth indicator, STD Horizon VHF radio, and stereo system. Deck equipment includes self-tailing Lewmar winches and two additional winches, roller-furling foresail, mainsail and helm covers, a dodger and cockpit awning, dual anchors, and a walk-through transom with swim ladder. Safety gear includes a lifesling, PFDs, dock lines, and fenders. Power systems comprise two batteries with a charger, dockside electrical connection, and a solar panel in the aft hatchway to maintain battery charge.

Sails include a mainsail and 110% genoa from 2015, with original sails also on board. Additional amenities include navigation and spreader lights, cockpit cushions, and wheel steering.
