This 37-foot Sea Ray express cruiser is powered by twin 454 cubic-inch 7.4-liter V-8 gasoline engines producing 700 horsepower combined. The boat cruises at 28 knots and reaches a top speed of 35 knots. A Kohler 7.3E generator supplies onboard power, complemented by an AC converter and new trim tabs with pump for running adjustments.
The galley and head systems were comprehensively updated. Accommodations include a closed saltwater head with 30-gallon holding tank, new Cruisair air conditioning unit, and a fully equipped galley with new refrigerator, microwave, oven, and stove. An ice maker and hot water heater support comfortable cruising. The cabin and cockpit feature updated upholstery and carpet throughout.
Navigation and electronics include VHF radio, ECOM, ICM depth finder with 59-degree capability, Furuno FCC-667 color scope, and Garmin GPSMAP 225 GPS. The helm station has new levers, gauges, and throttle and transmission cables. A good windlass aids anchoring operations.
A comprehensive mechanical update in 2001 addressed most systems. Recent work in 2025 included replacement of the port motor, new manifolds and risers on the starboard engine, rebuilt carburetors, and new impellers. Bottom paint, zincs, and cutless bearings are current. The blowers system and propellers have been attended to.
