This 1985 Sumerset 18x81 is an 81-foot aluminum houseboat built for comfortable extended cruising and entertaining. Twin Mercruiser 330 gasoline engines power the boat, supported by a Westerbeke generator and central air and heating throughout. The layout flows across two main living levels with multiple outdoor spaces.
The main deck features a large forward living room with fireplace, flat-screen television, and seating; a galley equipped with Samsung appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove; and a bar with Keurig coffee maker and substantial storage. Two separate sleeping quarters occupy this level: a bedroom with full-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, and a master bedroom forward with king-size bed, fireplace, flat-screen television, vanity, head, and separate shower. Hardwood flooring runs throughout. A forward patio with enclosure and an aft patio both provide outdoor living space with views toward the water.
The upper deck spans the full beam and is divided into three sections. The forward area houses the covered upper helm. The middle section is covered and furnished with seating, a large bar with sink and wine storage, and additional cabinetry. The aft deck is an open sun-lounging area. Two sets of interior stairs—one on each side—connect the main and upper decks. Additional water access is provided via a lower extension from the aft patio. The boat includes two heads throughout.
