This is a custom Rob Humphreys design from 1986, a purpose-built 3/4-Tonner originally conceived as a high-performance IOR racing machine. At 32.67 feet with an 11.08-foot beam, the yacht combines lightweight carbon and Kevlar construction with a responsive helm and proven offshore racing heritage. The boat carries genuine race credentials, including former World Championship pedigree and decades of competitive success across Asian regattas.
In 2006, the yacht underwent a complete professional refit at Rocket Yachts that substantially renewed her competitive platform. The refit included a new mast, keel, and rudder, along with comprehensive upgrades that modernized the boat for current racing standards. Since entering service in Phuket, the yacht has been dry sailed between regattas and training sessions, a practice that has preserved the hull, appendages, and underwater surfaces while limiting exposure to tropical marine growth and long-term water immersion.
The boat is equipped with a competitive racing sail inventory in good overall condition. One headsail, the J1 Medium, is noted as a candidate for eventual replacement depending on future campaign needs. The combination of responsive performance, lightweight construction, and serious racing pedigree reflects the specialized engineering and build quality typical of custom 3/4-Ton designs from this era.
