1986 Magnum Express

This 1986 Magnum Express is a 40-foot fiberglass high-performance yacht powered by twin Cummins diesel engines totaling 1,200 horsepower. One of only two Kevlar-reinforced examples built, the boat cruises at 30.5 knots and reaches 45 knots at full throttle.

The yacht has been substantially refitted over its life, with major work completed in 1998 and again in 2021. Recent updates include new Arneson drives fitted in 2001, a new generator, new water maker, fresh instrumentation, and a custom interior layout. The 2024 service year brought a new windshield and new battery banks.

Additional equipment includes a new dinghy with a 6-horsepower Suzuki outboard. The boat has been fully serviced and is ready for operation.
