1986 O'Day 26

The O'Day 26 is a fiberglass cruising sailboat suited to both fresh and saltwater sailing. Her swing keel allows access to shallow waters and simplifies launching from a boat ramp. The boat measures 26 feet in length with an 8-foot beam and carries a 6 hp Johnson outboard for auxiliary power. Sails include mainsail, jib, and spinnaker, with spare sails on hand. The jib furler was upgraded to a Harken Ocean model in 2024. Maximum design speed is 6 knots.

The boat accommodates family cruising and can be sailed solo. Amenities include a bimini top and an air conditioner. A three-year-old battery serves the onboard accessories. The boat comes with a trailer equipped with its own deep cycle battery for winch operation, roughly one year old.
