The Bertram 33 is a classic offshore fishing cruiser built on a deep V fiberglass hull, designed for seaworthiness and performance in demanding conditions. At 33 feet with a 12-foot 6-inch beam, the boat combines Bertram's proven hull form with solid construction to deliver a stable, efficient ride.
Power comes from twin gasoline engines installed in 2022 with less than 100 hours of running time. The installation included new intakes, exhaust manifolds, fuel pumps, sensors, heat exchangers, and oil coolers. A Westerbeke generator provides auxiliary power. The boat features twin helm stations—one upper, exposed on the flybridge with Bimini shade, and one lower in the cabin for adverse weather. A Robertson autopilot is installed.
The interior received substantial updates in 2022 and 2023, including new flooring and galley. The galley equipment was replaced in 2024 and includes a Cuisinart air fryer oven. There is one head aboard. A Victron inverter was added in 2024, and solar charging is provided. The boat carries a Halon fire suppression system and includes two sets of upper and lower Bimini covers plus a full winter cover.
