1987 Com-Pac 27

The Com-Pac 27 is a 27-foot fiberglass sailing yacht with a 9.5-foot beam, powered by a 12 hp Universal diesel engine. Built in 1987, this boat combines classic cruising design with practical coastal capability.

Below deck, the yacht offers a single cabin with one head. The head features a newer toilet and holding tank, along with Corian countertops. Interior cushions throughout have been renewed, and the cabin top benefits from fresh teak woodwork in the cockpit area.

Recent updates include new exterior canvas covers, new cockpit cushions, and a fresh bottom paint. Navigation equipment consists of a newer Raymarine depth sounder. Cockpit teak woodwork has also been refreshed, and the cabin top retains quality wood detailing alongside the newer canvas protection.
