A 234-foot steel expedition yacht built by Richards Shipbuilders in Scotland between 1987 and 1988. Originally commissioned as the NORNA for British Navy fishery patrol operations in the North Atlantic, she underwent a comprehensive 26-month refit completed in 2014 at Atlantic Refit Centre in La Rochelle, France. Interior spaces were designed by Philippe Briand of Vitruvius Yachts, with exterior lines by Veerle Battiau of Mc Farlane Ship Design. The yacht won the World Superyachts Award in 2014.
The accommodation layout includes a master stateroom positioned on the upper deck, six luxury guest staterooms with capacity for 12 guests, and crew quarters for 22. Twenty-three heads serve the vessel. Upper deck amenities feature a fitness room, wellness centre with jacuzzi, wine cellar, and helipad.
Power comes from two Ruston diesel engines producing 6,002 horsepower combined, providing the capability for extended blue-water cruising. The hull's steel construction and proven oceangoing design make her well-suited to expedition work across varied sea conditions.
