The 1987 Ericson 38-200 is a fiberglass sailing yacht built during the model's production run from 1986 to 1991. Approximately 120 of these boats were constructed before the molds were acquired by Pacific Seacraft, which continued the design under a new designation. This example measures 37.67 feet in length with a 12-foot beam and is powered by a single 34-horsepower Yammer diesel engine.
The interior comprises three cabins with an aft head featuring a separate shower stall and a private double stateroom aft. The layout provides comfortable accommodation for cruising and extended time aboard. The boat has had two owners over its lifetime, with the current ownership beginning in 1998.
The yacht has remained ashore since 2018. For a boat of this age that has been stored on land for an extended period, the overall condition remains sound throughout the hull and structures.
