1987 Harbor Master 470

The 1987 Harbor Master 470 is a 47-foot fiberglass houseboat powered by twin Crusader gasoline engines totaling 540 horsepower with V-drive transmissions. The boat reaches a maximum speed of 17 knots. A Kohler 7.5 kilowatt generator supports onboard systems, with approximately 900 hours on each engine and 1,500 hours on the generator.

The accommodation spaces include one full bathroom and a half bath with toilet and sink located below. The boat carries 200 gallons of fuel capacity and 60 gallons of water capacity, with a 20-gallon water heater installed. Dual heating and air conditioning units provide climate control throughout, with the forward unit being newer. A windlass is fitted for anchor handling.
