1987 Irwin 38 Mk II

The Irwin 38 Mk II is a center cockpit sloop built in 1987 with a fiberglass hull measuring 38 feet in length and 12 feet in beam. The design combines blue water sailing capability with generous interior volume. A single 45 hp auxiliary engine provides power when needed.

Below deck, the layout includes two staterooms and two heads. The master stateroom features a queen berth, hanging locker, vanity with mirror, reading lights, and storage. The second cabin provides additional sleeping space. A navigation station with upholstered swing-out seat sits forward of the main salon, which opens to a well-appointed galley.

The main salon centers on a custom teak dining table with two large settees and a liquor locker. Interior finishes throughout combine richly varnished teak with coordinated mica colors.
