1987 Mako 248 WAC

This 1987 Mako 248 walk-around cabin is a 25-foot fiberglass fishing boat powered by twin 2021 Suzuki 150 outboards with electronic controls, running only 50 hours. The boat has undergone substantial upgrades including a composite transom, Armstrong twin engine bracket with full transom platform and dual access ladders, and a fresh fuel cell increased to 180 gallons. A 20-gallon fresh water tank supports extended cruising.

Navigation and fish-finding electronics include a Garmin 4208 chartplotter with GPS and sounder linked to a Garmin 18-mile radar, and a new Standard Horizon VHF radio. Fishing gear comprises a Lewmar Pro Fish free-fall windlass, Taco 18-foot outriggers, and Penn downrigger. Deck features include a remote-operated GO Light spotlight, custom hardtop with storage, custom bimini, and custom cockpit lighting. The electrical system runs three Optima Blue Top batteries—two for starting and one house—with a Prosport 3-bank charger.

The boat comes with a 2004 twin-axle Loadmaster trailer that has been recently serviced with new tires and brakes.
