1987 President 35 Aft Cabin

A 1987 President 35 Aft Cabin motor yacht built with Taiwanese fiberglass construction. The boat spans 35 feet in length with a 14.5-foot beam and is powered by twin Mercruiser 454 gasoline engines producing 340 horsepower each (680 total). The engines were recently rebuilt and have 54 hours of operation since installation. The yacht features direct shaft drive, bow and stern thrusters, and a 2000-pound electric crane hoist with winch.

Below deck, the layout includes two cabins and two heads. The full-beam aft master stateroom contains a queen island berth with an ensuite head and separate shower. Forward is a guest cabin with V-berth and private access to a second head with shower. The salon is appointed with teak cabinetry and flooring, large windows, and ample storage throughout. The galley is equipped with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, three-burner electric stove with oven, microwave, and double stainless sink.

Topside, a large covered aft deck with hardtop enclosure provides protected entertaining space. The fully enclosed flybridge includes helm station and seating with excellent visibility. Wide side decks with stainless railings, swim platform with ladder, and bow pulpit with electric windlass complete the exterior. The boat includes air conditioning and reverse-cycle heat, hydraulic steering, GPS chartplotter, radar, autopilot, VHF radio, and depth sounder. A 2000-watt Honda generator, dual shore power connections (30A and 50A), and eight batteries support onboard systems.

Recent updates include a new rear thruster, new head and galley faucets, new crane winch, four new Taylor 10x26 fenders, all new batteries, and a fresh antifouling coat on the hull. A towing system for tender or jet ski and bar fridge are included.
