1987 Sabre 36

The Sabre 36 is a performance cruising sailboat built in fiberglass with a reputation for Maine craftsmanship. Designed by Roger Hewson, she combines cruising comfort with racing capability—her PHRF rating of 117 reflects her ability to compete while maintaining the accommodation and seaworthiness expected of her class. The hull measures 36 feet long with an 11-foot-3-inch beam.

The boat carries a suite of navigation and sailing equipment. Raymarine instruments include GPS, radar, and autopilot. Ground tackle and an electric windlass handle anchoring duties. The mainsail features a Dutchman furling system, and she carries a 153% roller-furling genoa, a never-used 100% jib, and a whisker pole. A single Westerbeke diesel engine provides auxiliary power.
