The 1988 Bayliner 3818 is a 38-foot fiberglass motor yacht powered by twin Hino diesel engines of 350 horsepower. Built on a modified-V hull with shallow keel and hard chines, she delivers a stable ride suited to Pacific Northwest cruising. The boat spans 13.42 feet at the beam and features a classic two-level layout combining living space with practical cruising capability.
Below deck, the yacht accommodates two staterooms and two heads. The master aft features a walkaround double berth with en-suite head and separate shower stall; the forward guest stateroom holds a V-berth with adjacent head. The galley sits on the lower level and includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, and storage. The salon above occupies the main deck with large windows, lower helm to starboard, and an L-shaped settee and dining area to port.
On deck, dual helm stations—one on the flybridge and one in the salon—give flexibility in operation. The flybridge seats 8–10 passengers under a bimini top with ample helm seating. Wide side decks, a sizable aft deck, and a molded swim platform provide easy movement around the boat.
Recent work includes refinished teak throughout the interior and exterior, reupholstered salon settee in golden chenille, new carpeting, custom salon curtains, and custom bedding in both staterooms. Onboard systems include an Onan generator, Trace 2000-watt inverter, propane stove and oven, and a Seawise electric hydraulic davit system. An included bimini top covers the flybridge.
