1988 Carver 3227 Convertible

This 1988 Carver 3227 Convertible is a 32-foot flybridge cruiser built in fiberglass with twin 260 hp Crusader inboard engines. The boat features both an enclosed flybridge helm and an interior helm on the starboard side, with 360-degree visibility throughout the cabin. The layout includes a forward double cabin, an aft double berth, and a portside dinette that converts to sleeping space, accommodating up to six people overall.

The galley sits just aft of the forward cabin on the port side and includes a refrigerator and freezer replaced in 2023. A separate marine head with shower and 36-gallon holding tank serves the accommodation spaces, along with hot and cold pressure water from a 36-gallon tank. A 10 kW generator (2013 model, low hours) was professionally serviced in 2024 with new plugs, wires, ECM, pressure regulator, muffler, exhaust, and fuel pump.

The boat is outfitted for cruising and fishing with extensive electronics including three GPS chart plotters, two VHF radios, radar, and a spotlight. Amenities include reverse cycle heat and air conditioning, a galley stove and oven, and teak-like high-end flooring on the back deck, swim platform, and flybridge. The flybridge has new upholstery and is fully enclosed. Additional equipment includes twin electric downriggers, automatic bilge pumps, a washdown pump, swim platform with ladder, anchor with rode and chain, dock lines, and boat hook.

The engines run well with no reported issues. Recent professional service and maintenance are documented, and the boat has been stored indoors during winters.
