1988 C&C 35-3

The C&C 35-3 is a proven racer-cruiser design that balances competitive sailing performance with comfortable overnight accommodations. This fiberglass hull measures 35 feet in length with an 11-foot beam and is powered by a 27-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine. The boat points high and sails efficiently in light air, making it capable both on the racecourse and on coastal passages.

Recent upgrades have substantially improved the boat's systems and sail plan. New canvas includes a Quantum Sails Genoa with lazy jacks and stack pack, along with a new dodger and bimini. Navigation and control have been enhanced with Raymarine instruments and autopilot. Below deck, electrical capacity was upgraded with a Victron charger-inverter and lithium house batteries, and the head now features a Vacuflush toilet system.

The interior accommodates five on overnight passages with a spacious v-berth forward, a convertible dinette, and a quarter berth positioned aft of the nav station. The galley includes a double sink, two-burner propane stove, microwave, and top-loading refrigerator. The Yanmar engine has been well maintained and, run at approximately 2000 RPM, moves the boat comfortably at 6 knots or better.
