This 1988 Chaparral 1900 SX is a 19-foot fiberglass bowrider powered by a 4.3L V6 MerCruiser with MerCruiser Alpha One outdrive. The engine was replaced in 1996 and has been thoroughly serviced in 2025 with new spark plugs, rebuilt carburetor, new shift cable, fresh bellows, impeller, gimbal bearing, and water hose. Mechanical service also included oil change, filter replacement, and engine pressure verification. The outdrive shifts smoothly and runs strong. Maximum speed is 45 knots with a cruising speed of 25 knots.
The layout features a custom interior with reinforced captain's chairs fitted with 3/4-inch aluminum mounting plates. New flooring was installed throughout. Interior panels are removable to allow complete engine access. A Pioneer stereo head unit provides audio, and the cabin includes under-seat storage, floor storage, a glovebox, and two lockable storage compartments. Carpet and cushions are clean throughout.
The hull and gelcoat are in excellent shape. The boat was stored indoors, protecting the interior from sun fade. A 1998 Tennessee trailer is included with newly serviced wheel bearings as of 2025. An aluminum prop, multiple life jackets, two towing inner tubes, water skis, and tow ropes are included.
