1988 Cheoy Lee 92

This 92-foot Cheoy Lee combines classic Tom Fexas design with extensive modernization. Twin 1,600-horsepower Detroit Diesel engines power the fiberglass hull. The boat accommodates eight guests across four cabins plus separate crew quarters with four berths, with six heads throughout including five ensuite guest heads and a day head.

The main deck centers on a large salon with a 55-inch TV hidden in a custom ottoman, a full-beam primary cabin aft with king berth and dual ensuite heads, and a galley set up as a commercial workspace with dual dishwashers, induction range, and substantial refrigeration. The forward VIP quarters feature a king berth and jacuzzi tub head. Two midship guest cabins offer twin berths with ensuite heads. A fully enclosed California deck provides indoor-outdoor entertaining space with bar and large dining table. The lower pilothouse houses modern navigation electronics including dual Simrad radars and chartplotters, autopilot, and electronic engine controls.

The flybridge upper helm commands views over an open boat deck carrying a 14-foot Novurania RIB with 70-horsepower Yamaha and a 2,500-pound crane. Additional features include Naiad fin stabilizers, dual Sea Recovery watermakers, distributed audio with Sonos controls, and Starlink satellite internet. Recent work includes fuel system replumbing, replacement bilge pumps, new galley appliances, dual Miele washer-dryer sets, and vinyl wrapping of the hull and portions of the deckhouse. Engines and generators were last serviced in February 2025. A 16-person life raft certified through April 2026 is included.
