1988 Hatteras 65 Sportfisher

The Hatteras 65 is a fiberglass sportfisher built around a proven hull design known for stable, seakindly performance. Twin Detroit Diesel engines producing 2,100 horsepower drive the boat to a maximum speed of 28 knots, with a cruising speed of 25 knots. The 65-foot hull features a raised foredeck with swept-back profile, rounded edge detailing, and a contemporary design enhanced by aluminum-frame windows and welded stainless steel rails throughout.

The expansive 183-square-foot cockpit is purpose-built for fishing. A bait and tackle center with foot pedals sits alongside an insulated sink, refrigerator-freezer combination, top-loading storage bin, and starboard drink box. The centerline in-deck fish box incorporates a macerator pump, while an additional molded transom fish box provides additional storage for the day's catch.

Below deck, the layout includes three staterooms and three heads. An enclosed bridge offers weather protection and comfort while operating the boat or watching the action on deck.
