This 1988 Holiday Mansion Barracuda is a 38-foot fiberglass houseboat with a cathedral-hull design suited for rougher waters. Powered by twin Crusader gasoline engines producing 540 horsepower combined, the boat cruises at 10 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 5 knots. The twin engines underwent significant work: the port engine was rebuilt in 2020, the starboard engine block was replaced, and both received new carburetors in 2024 with limited hours on each.

The interior combines mid-century design with modern updates throughout. The aft cabin features a double bed, abundant natural light from windows, a vanity sink, and a walk-in teak shower with pop-up ceiling hatch. Forward is a sofa bed with under-storage and a separate berth area. The galley includes wood-block counters, a convection microwave, propane three-burner cooktop and stove, full-size refrigerator with freezer, and a large sliding pantry. A modern electric-flush head sits forward, and a propane heater and air conditioning support year-round comfort. Walnut-faced cabinetry and wood flooring throughout, with abundant storage below deck.

The living and dining spaces open downward from the main cabin, with a TV-mounted wall and seating for multiple occupants. Exterior features include a recently refinished mahogany bench on the covered bow area, a partial walkaround with starboard side steps leading to an upper deck with two swivel captain chairs, and a transom ladder for dinghy access. Recent maintenance includes new gelcoat on the bow area and a four-year-old Garmin 12-inch touchscreen display. The boat operates on 30-amp shore power (or 25 amps if split on 50-amp service).
