This 1988 Lake & Bay Boca Grande 20 is a shallow-water flats boat built around the classic pocket hull design—a lightweight, high-performance hull prized for its speed, shallow draft, and smooth ride in skinny water. The fiberglass boat measures 20 feet in length with a beam of approximately 7 feet 9 inches and draws roughly 10 inches, making it well-suited for light-water navigation.

The boat has undergone a complete professional restoration with new construction throughout. Power comes from a 225-horsepower Mercury outboard paired with Zero Effort digital throttle and shift controls. A new 38-gallon fuel tank supports the engine. Navigation electronics include a Garmin GPSMAP 943 chartplotter with GT51 transducer providing sonar and side-imaging capability.

The boat's systems have been comprehensively rebuilt: a new electrical harness, fresh batteries, new bait and bilge pumps, and completely re-wired infrastructure. The hull wears new Awlgrip paint in Whisper Gray with a Matterhorn White deck and fresh non-skid surface throughout. Stainless steel rub rail and new Gemplux hardware complete the exterior refresh.
