1988 Neptunus 48 Motor Yacht

This 1988 Neptunus 48 is a Dutch-built motor yacht constructed to Lloyd's Standards by the renowned Neptunus Shipyard. At 48 feet with a 14.58-foot beam, she features an aluminum hull powered by twin Volvo TAMD 71A diesel engines delivering 720 horsepower. The design combines European craftsmanship with North American compatibility, and her interior showcases lacquered ash cabinetry in a light peach finish throughout, with quality hardware and fixtures throughout.

The yacht accommodates seven in three staterooms. The master stateroom is positioned aft with a centerline queen berth, an ensuite electric head, and shower. Two guest staterooms forward include one with twin and double berths and another with twin bunks, served by two additional electric heads and a guest shower. The main saloon features a lower helm station with captain's chair and built-in cabinetry, while a U-shaped galley and circular dining area with settee occupy the midships section. A spacious flybridge helm with dual captain and mate chairs, plus seating and a sunning area aft, offers commanding visibility.

Navigation and propulsion are well-equipped with a Raymarine autopilot and 50-mile colour radar at the flybridge helm, plus a complete lower helm station with electronic compass, depth-finding, and speed instruments. A 15 kW Westerbeke generator, 2500-watt inverter/charger, and dual shore power systems (250V-50A and 110V-30A) support the electrical needs. A Vetus electric bow thruster was replaced in 2015, as was the refrigerator and hot water heater the same year.

Deck amenities include a full swim platform with ladder, an aft deck enclosure with custom hardtop and sliding glass windows, and a flybridge Bimini top. Additional features encompass air conditioning with reverse heat, a washer and dryer, electric anchor windlass, two electric bilge pumps, and a comprehensive galley with electric stove, convection oven, microwave, icemaker, and propane BBQ.
