1988 Pearson 27

This 1988 Pearson 27 is a fiberglass sailing yacht with a 27-foot length and 9-foot beam. The boat is powered by a single Universal diesel engine producing 12 horsepower, known for reliability and fuel efficiency. The design emphasizes easy handling and provides a spacious, comfortable cockpit and cabin layout suited to both daysailing and cruising.

The boat has been actively maintained and recently received significant seasonal service work. As of the end of the 2025 season, the engine oil was changed and a new heat exchanger was installed. The main and genoa sails were professionally renewed using SailCare's LaMauney Reconditioning Process. The helm cover and mainsail cover were restitched and cleaned, and the hull received VC-17 bottom paint and a wash and wax.

Equipment includes two VHF radios—one handheld and one installed below—along with safety gear and a shore power cord. A full tank of diesel fuel is included.
