The 1988 Tollycraft 44 Cockpit Motor Yacht is a fiberglass cruiser designed by Ed Monk, built to Tollycraft's standards for offshore-capable motor yachts. Twin Detroit 8.2L diesel engines produce 500 horsepower combined and drive Twin Disc transmissions. The yacht measures 44 feet in length with a 14-foot-8-inch beam, suited for coastwise cruising with good seakeeping characteristics.
Below deck, the boat offers two staterooms with ensuite heads and showers. The forward cabin features a V-berth with filler; the owners stateroom has a queen island bed. A mezzanine-level galley with dinette opens to a spacious salon finished in handcrafted teak cabinetry. A Splendide washer/dryer and U-Line icemaker are installed. The diesel furnace provides heating throughout.
The yacht is outfitted with substantial mechanical systems: a Westerbeke 8.0kw generator, Magnaline 2800W inverter/charger, Racor fuel filters, SidePower bow thruster with AGM batteries, and a Maxwell windlass with 300 feet of 5/16-inch chain, 100 feet of rode, and a Rocna 33kg anchor. An oil change system is fitted.
Navigation and communication equipment includes dual Garmin GPSMAP 5212 units with radar and charting, Garmin GHC10 displays, Garmin Reactor autopilot, two Icom VHF radios, and Ritchie compasses. Deck features include a hardtop aft and a three-sided enclosed flybridge with lounge areas. An Achilles center console tender with new Tohotsu 15hp outboard is included.
