1989 Baja 280 Sport

This 1989 Baja 280 Sport is a 28-foot fiberglass performance boat powered by twin Mercruiser 454 Mag engines producing 740 horsepower combined. The deep-V hull features 28 degrees of deadrise, and the boat measures 8 feet 4 inches across the beam with a dry weight of approximately 6,750 pounds. Significant mechanical work has been completed: the starboard engine is new, the port engine has been rebuilt, both carburetors are rebuilt, the Bravo 1 outdrives have been rebuilt, and an MSD ignition system is installed. Both engines have been bench tested and are running strong, and new batteries are in place.

The cabin provides comfortable overnight accommodations for up to four people, with a V-berth seating and sleeping area, a sink, a mini-fridge, and storage cabinets. The boat is suitable both as a day cruiser and for overnighting on the water.

A 2001 Loadmaster tri-axle trailer is included with the purchase. The boat was used only in freshwater.
