The 1989 Bayliner 3888 is a 38-foot flybridge cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Hino diesel engines producing 175 horsepower each. The boat reaches a cruising speed of 16 knots and a maximum speed of 22 knots, delivering solid performance for extended cruising and exploration.

Below deck, the layout centers on a spacious main salon with L-shaped seating and a dining table, positioned with large windows for sightlines. The galley sits aft, while a guest stateroom occupies the port side and the primary stateroom is forward with a centerline queen bed. The helm is to starboard. Two heads serve the accommodations, one with a tub and shower combination.
