1989 Broward Tri-Deck

This 125-foot Broward tri-deck motor yacht was built in 1989 and has undergone major refits in 1995, 2015, and most recently in 2022. Twin Detroit Diesel engines producing 1,400 horsepower each deliver a cruising speed of 15 knots and a maximum speed of 17 knots. The fiberglass hull and galley-down layout maximize interior space well beyond what the size alone would suggest.

The accommodation plan includes four staterooms for up to eight guests, with crew quarters for six. The master suite occupies the forward main deck and features a king-size bed, separate his and her en-suite bathrooms, vaulted ceiling, lounge area, dressing table, and walk-in cedar closet. Three additional staterooms and four heads serve guests and crew throughout the yacht.

The skylounge offers a full wet bar with barstools, flat-screen television, and lounge seating. The sun deck is appointed with a hot tub and multiple seating and lounging areas for outdoor relaxation. The 2022 refit included new hull and bottom paint, Propspeed application, a new air conditioning system, new batteries, a new Jacuzzi, and a complete upgrade to the audiovisual system throughout the yacht.
